Martin, a charismatic Frenchman, headed off to Mirissa to catch up with Jade, a beautiful, curvy and sometimes racy……catamaran.
‘We arrive at the port of Mirissa in early afternoon, we are warmly welcomed by a crew of sailor and captain of the boat. A magnificent catamaran floating in the limpid waters of the Indian Ocean.
We are eager to be on board … The deckhands install you in your cabin, explain the operation and the safety instructions and then it is the departures.
The landscapes are splendid, the sun sets and you feel very privileged to be on board, a unique feeling of freedom and space.
The sea make us hungry, it’s time for dinner, once again the experience is unique, cooked on board, the products are fresh and the presentation is neat.
First night on the boat, we fall asleep rocked by the waves.
Wake up! breakfast! A dive and departure to discover the blue whales. It was an exceptional chance to see the whales in a natural way, we approach them very close, impressive. On the way back we meet a group of dolphins, they swim, jump and have fun at the front of the boat. An unforgettable show.
The captain leads us to the bay of Mirissa, the ink has come down, it is lunchtime, we take advantage of the stop to swim, paddle and discover the seabed.
Already the return, we have enormously appreciated our cruise, we will return, this is sure!’
